To Esq.把三名...這類案件,即使眾被告最後脫罪,控方很大機會會以案件呈述方式上訴。無疑,假若J. In the event of conviction, ...I don't think so. In the event of conviction, the costs to be paid will not be proportionate to the length of time and resources actually spent on the trial. The court has to observe the rights of a deft to fight a case without fear of being penalised financially for a good cause. How to protect the rights of deft and curtail the abuse of it is an art.
